Our normal terms are 1% - 10, Net 30. All items are shipped FOB Gloucester, MA so if there is any damage at all in shipping, we will assist you in filing an insurance claim with the carrier. Normally we ship via the US Postal Service and can use Federal Express at your request. Requests for terms other than our normal ones should be addressed to Customer Service or to your Dobbs sales representative.

Every item we sell is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Our Lifetime Warranty covers all workmanship and materials under normal wear. Although we use triple wall 14kt beads in some of our designs, we do not guarantee that they will not dent. Nor do we guarantee that our sterling silver will not tarnish. It will as will all good sterling jewelry.
